RENTAL PROCEDURES FOR GROUPS

We have compiled a checklist of procedures to ensure that your rental experience goes as smoothly as possible. This means more fun times on the slopes and less time messing with equipment. Please bring a copy of this checklist with you.

Prior to Arrival:

  • Make sure your online reservations are complete. You may call or e-mail us with any last minute changes, or just wait until you arrive.
  • It is very important that you call us if you will be arriving later than your designated pickup time. If you need to come earlier, please call and we will try to fit you in.

Arrival:

  • Park busses at end of parking lot. Send a group leader to announce their arrival. We will send someone out to direct the kids where to enter the store.
  • Once the kids are inside, we will explain the procedure and queue them up.
  • The kids will take their own skis, boots & poles to the bus. Any upgrades will be paid on the way out the door after they have received their equipment.

While equipment is out:

Please have each group member:

  • Replace boot carriers each time they finish skiing. Skiers will have a boot carrier with their name on it. There is a $2 charge for lost boot carriers.
  • Hook ski poles onto skis by the straps. Each pair of skis will have the skier’s name.
  • A lot of the skis will look the same. Be sure you remember where you put your skis. Only take the ones with your name since they are set to your personal specs.
  • Do not leave boots on the bus. Rebuckle boots at night and do not place next to heaters.
  • If at any time you have a problem with equipment on the hill, give us a call and we can arrange to have it fixed or new equipment brought to you. With prior arrangement, each morning during your trip (between 9-11) we will have a van sporting a large American Flag located in the skier drop-off area near the bus parking to fix any equipment problems.

Returns:

  • Return equipment at your designated drop-off time. If you will be late or early, you must call ahead.
  • Skis, boots and poles need to be together in pairs and brought in separately. Please provide enough kids to bring in the equipment. We will not unload the busses.
  • Boots will need to be rebuckled and the carrier removed when they are brought in.
Please try to keep the equipment clean.

Be safe on the slopes and enjoy your time in Winter Park. Thanks again for choosing Ski Broker!
